Finesse 7 Year Warranty

Thank you for choosing to use Finesse Joinery Ltd (“Finesse”),

a Registered Master Joiner.

All consumers are covered by the Consumer Guarantee Act, however

Finesse also provides you with a manufacturer’s 7-year warranty.

Finesse will for 7 years from the date of installation repair or replace at their option and at no charge, any defect found in its workmanship.

All components including materials, accessories, benches and bowls supplied by Finesse Joinery Ltd carry warranties from their manufacturers and in most cases are equal to the warranty provided by Finesse. Claims in respect of these components should be lodged with Finesse.

This warranty excludes defects caused by negligence, misuse, accidents or unauthorised alterations.

Finesse will not be liable for any consequential loss resulting from defective workmanship OR for any 3rd party costs that may be incurred when rectifying issues.

Any claims may, if required, be scrutinized by the NZ Joinery Manufacturers Federation Inc.
